Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from KothaCreek. If you are not completely satisfied with your Mice, Keyboards, or Controllers, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or we made an error.
